About Us: Mission Underground is a commercial wet utility company with projects that include both new construction and repairs. Work scope includes all installation of fire lines, domestic services, back-flows, sewer lines, manholes, catch basins, CMP tanks, and storm drain systems.
Job Title: Project Manager - The Project Manager is the leader of the project team and is responsible for the coordination, organization, control, and completion of assigned projects on time, within budget, and in a manner, which will enhance the company’s reputation. The Project Manager is responsible for the management of each of the assigned project team foreman with respect to their project specific responsibilities.
Key Responsibilities:
Commercial construction program management and critical thinking - underground wet utilities experience required.
Plan, organize and direct all project activities from initial budget to project closeout
Manage project level financial aspects of projects for cost to complete projections and cost to date reports.
Procure any permits necessary for work to begin (Dust control, water meter, etc.)
Blue Stake Initial call-in Renewals (every 2 weeks)
Track and confirm all rental equipment for each project.
Schedule and conduct regular weekly job site meetings with the team representatives.
Proficiency with MS Office preferred.
Plan and organize schedules/resources/procurement of materials for various projects
Ensure assigned projects/tasks are completed timely and with high level of accuracy and quality
Negotiate and resolve all customer/client concerns
Monitor fieldwork execution and progress and report on productivity against budget.
Estimate and negotiate project change orders
Manage all project closeout and warranty procedures
A degree in Construction Management, or similar preferred 3+ years construction management related preferred.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $72,000.00 - $95,000.00 per year
