About the Role
We are hiring Entry-Level Roofing Sales Representatives to join our growing team in Maryland and Northern Virginia. This role is ideal for motivated individuals with little to no sales experience who are willing to learn, work outdoors, and follow a proven system in a recession-resistant industry.
Insurance restoration remains steady year-round—storms happen, homes get damaged, and insurance continues to pay. We provide paid training, a clear process, and strong support so you can focus on generating leads and earning commission.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Canvass neighborhoods in storm-affected areas (door-to-door)
- Speak with homeowners and set up roof and exterior inspections
- Learn how to safely inspect roofs and identify storm damage (training provided)
- Clearly explain the insurance restoration process to homeowners
- Guide homeowners through signing our service agreement
- Log activity and approvals in our CRM system
- Follow a simple, proven sales and inspection process
Where Your Responsibilities End
- You are not responsible for:
- Production or project management
- Scheduling crews
- Insurance paperwork or supplements
- Once an agreement is signed, our internal team takes over
- When a home is approved, your commission is paid the same day
Compensation
- Commission-based role with a fixed commission per approved job
- Same-day commission payment at approval (direct deposit)
- Performance bonuses available
- Simple, transparent commission structure
- Most motivated entry-level reps earn $80,000–$150,000+ in their first year
Training
