Role Responsibilities
- Process purchase orders and track outsourced prototype work and materials.
- Coordinate vendor communications and monitor delivery timelines.
- Inspect vendor deliveries against technical specifications and quality standards.
- Manage logistics for prototype manufacturing including shipping and returns.
- Track multiple hardware projects concurrently while maintaining quality and schedule adherence.
Requirements
- Strong experience in manufacturing operations, prototype environments, or vendor management.
- Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and basic manufacturing specifications.
- Experience using measurement tools such as calipers and micrometers.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills in hardware focused settings.
