We are seeking a highly organized, proactive Executive Assistant to support our CEO, based onsite in our New York office. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, executive environment and takes pride in keeping complex schedules, travel, and priorities running seamlessly.
What You’ll Do
- Manage the CEO’s complex calendar, prioritizing meetings and optimizing time
- Coordinate heavy domestic and international travel, including detailed itineraries
- Prepare the CEO for client meetings, leadership sessions, and internal engagements
- Own expense tracking and reporting for the CEO, ensuring timely, accurate submission and documentation
- Serve as a key point of coordination between the CEO and internal teams
- Provide day-to-day onsite executive support with professionalism and discretion
- Partner closely with the CEO’s Chief of Staff to ensure alignment across priorities, meetings, and execution
What You Bring
- 5+ years of experience supporting a senior executive or CEO
- Proven strength in calendar management and travel logistics
- Exceptional communication, organization, and attention to detail
- Sound judgment and comfort handling confidential information
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a dynamic environment
- Onsite availability in our New York office (2 days a week minimum)
