We are seeking a highly organized, proactive Executive Assistant to support our CEO, based onsite in our New York office. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, executive environment and takes pride in keeping complex schedules, travel, and priorities running seamlessly.

What You’ll Do

Manage the CEO’s complex calendar, prioritizing meetings and optimizing time
Coordinate heavy domestic and international travel, including detailed itineraries
Prepare the CEO for client meetings, leadership sessions, and internal engagements
Own expense tracking and reporting for the CEO, ensuring timely, accurate submission and documentation
Serve as a key point of coordination between the CEO and internal teams
Provide day-to-day onsite executive support with professionalism and discretion
Partner closely with the CEO’s Chief of Staff to ensure alignment across priorities, meetings, and execution

What You Bring

5+ years of experience supporting a senior executive or CEO
Proven strength in calendar management and travel logistics
Exceptional communication, organization, and attention to detail
Sound judgment and comfort handling confidential information
Ability to manage multiple priorities in a dynamic environment
Onsite availability in our New York office (2 days a week minimum)
