Job Description:
- Pay: $64.00-$66.00/hour starting
- Duration: 5+ month assignment with potential for extension or conversion based on performance and client budget
- Schedule: Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM (Remote)
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage multiple go-to-market and sales initiatives, overseeing end-to-end project execution, including timelines, dependencies, risks, and stakeholder communication.
- Drive strategic sales campaigns and pricing/promotional initiatives, targeting new business opportunities, upsell and cross-sell opportunities, and customer retention to support revenue growth.
- Analyze customer data to identify high-risk accounts, develop targeted GTM tactics to mitigate churn, and enhance customer lifetime value.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with Sales, Marketing, Product, Pricing, and Operations teams, facilitating working sessions, executive updates, and performance reporting to ensure alignment and informed decision-making.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree required.
- 4-5 years of Go-To-Market experience.
- Proficiency in Microsoft PowerPoint and advanced Excel skills, including Pivot Tables.
- Experience working in a large, complex enterprise environment.
- Proven ability to lead initiatives with measurable financial or revenue impact.
- Background in B2B software, healthcare technology, or related industries strongly preferred.
