Mowax Visual, LLC is a creative production studio that brings brands to life through custom fabrication, immersive environments, and experiential builds. We specialize in signage, millwork, retail environments, large-format graphics, and event production.
We’re looking for an experienced Project Manager to oversee projects from concept through fabrication and installation. This role is ideal for someone with hands-on experience managing physical builds and coordinating vendors, fabricators, and installers in a fast-paced production environment.
What You’ll Do
- Manage project timelines, budgets, and scopes from kickoff to install
- Coordinate internal teams, vendors, fabricators, and installers
- Oversee logistics, expediting, and scheduling
- Serve as the main point of contact for clients and stakeholders
- Ensure quality, safety, and on-time delivery
What We’re Looking For
- Required: Experience in the creative production / experiential industry
- Background in interior/exterior signage, millwork, store builds, large-format printing, or event production
- Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
Hybrid schedule for DFW-based employees (3 days in office / 2 WFH) plus a company-wide WFH month in the summer.
