Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role located in San Jose, CA for a Vice President of Logistics and Supply. The role involves overseeing and managing logistics operations, spearheading strategic supply chain initiatives, and ensuring smooth and efficient warehouse and transportation management. The Vice President will drive operational performance, manage P&L, and lead cross-functional teams to optimize processes, improve efficiency, and meet key business objectives.
Qualifications
- Experience in Logistics Management, Operations Management, and Transportation Management
- Proficiency in Warehouse Operations and inventory management
- Expertise in P&L Management with strong financial acumen
- Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams and manage operational processes effectively
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills to address complex logistics and supply challenges
- Exceptional communication and leadership skills
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or a related field; advanced degree preferred
- Experience in a similar leadership position within logistics or supply chain management
