Your Role: Bringing Merrytex’s Mission to Life
As our Operations Manager, you will be the heartbeat of our daily operations. Your work ensures our products flow smoothly from warehouse to customer — supporting the care experiences of the people and businesses we serve.
Warehouse & Fulfillment Excellence
- Manage daily warehouse workflow
- Oversee inbound receiving, inspections, and put‑away
- Lead outbound pick/pack/ship with accuracy and speed
- Ensure smooth order fulfillment operations
- Track and analyze returns; identify causes and improvements
- Maintain accurate inventory through cycle counts and reconciliation
- Support day‑to‑day e‑commerce order processes
Office & Team Support
Because we’re a small, close‑knit team, you’ll also assist with:
- General office administration
- Communication with suppliers, logistics partners, and vendors
- Cross‑functional support to help us run smoothly and merrily
Qualification Requirements
Education & Experience
- 3–5 years of experience in warehouse operations, logistics, or inventory management
- Experience working in a small or lean team environment
- Bachelor’s degree in Operations, Supply Chain, Business, or equivalent work experience
- E‑commerce platform experience (Shopify, Amazon or similar) is a strong plus
Technical Skills
- Familiarity with inventory or warehouse management systems
- Comfortable with Excel/Google Sheets for basic analysis
- Experience with shipping systems or carrier portals
- Ability to interpret return/defect patterns and troubleshoot root causes
