Minimum qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
- 6 years of experience in a management consulting, business operations, business strategy or corporate advisory role.
- 4 years of experience in a strategy and operations or consulting role.
- 4 years of experience working with executive stakeholders.
Preferred qualifications:
- MBA.
- 2 years of experience creating data sets, data modeling, and reporting.
- Experience using SQL or data analytics tools deliver insights and recommendations.
- Experience with operational projects, cross-functional stakeholder management and project management, including the ability to work autonomously and keep multiple priorities moving at the same time.
- Experience in regular executive-level engagement, with an ability to build relationships with executive leadership across regions and organization.
- Understanding of the YouTube creator ecosystem, their business needs, and the broader engaged context.
About the jobThe YouTube Business Central Planning and Operations team is responsible for leading global, cross-functional, initiatives to drive the unprecedented growth and health of the YouTube creator and partner ecosystem. The core capabilities of the team include planning, business operations, incentives design and operations, product partnerships strategy, and go-to-market for the three regions: Americas, EMEA, and APAC.

The US base salary range for this full-time position is $147,000-$216,000 + bonus + equity + benefits. Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training. Responsibilities
- Orchestrate cross-functional processes to coordinate approvals for critical engagements, serving as a liaison to YouTube’s business, partnerships, and marketing leadership.
- Develop comprehensive business, product or business strategies that solve business issues and address the needs of customers and stakeholders across various functions to drive incremental growth.
- Analyze internal/external data, build relationships with partnerships teams, and attend external creator events to develop a broad understanding of our established and rising creator talent.
- Identify problems and issues across the creator engagement workflow; create programs, processes, and tools to solve them; and influence cross-functional teams and leadership to bring them to life.
- Define, socialize, and align principles for creator selection to drive fit for purpose event strategy, alignment with YouTube product goals, and rotation of creator talent.
