Project ManagerOverview of the Role
The Project Manager provides high-impact operational and project leadership in support of senior executives and cross-functional initiatives. This role requires strong decision-making, exceptional organization, and the ability to manage multiple complex workstreams in a fast-paced environment. The Project Manager partners closely with stakeholders, drives execution on time-sensitive projects, and adapts quickly to evolving business needs.
The Basics
- Duration: 4 months
- Hours: approximately 40 hours per week
- Location: Hybrid in Santa Monica, CA
Top 3 Required Qualifications
- 3+ years of experience managing complex projects or operations, with the ability to lead initiatives, coordinate stakeholders, and deliver results under shifting priorities.
- Exceptional attention to detail, strong written communication skills, and sound judgment when handling sensitive information and executive-facing materials.
- Strong proficiency with G Suite, Slack, Zoom, and Mac environments, with demonstrated ability to apply project management techniques to drive execution.

- Bachelors degree or equivalent combination of education and experience
- Experience managing multiple workstreams or supporting multiple senior stakeholders
- Background in a tech or fast-paced environment
- Demonstrated leadership skills, including mentoring or guiding junior team members
- Strong problem-solving abilities, intellectual curiosity, and adaptability
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage complex projects in support of senior leaders, ensuring timelines, priorities, and deliverables are met
- Coordinate executive schedules, logistics, and resources as they relate to project execution and strategic initiatives
- Plan and manage detailed travel and event logistics tied to projects or business priorities
- Drive special projects including research, event planning, and preparation of presentations and materials
- Prepare, review, and refine strategic reports, presentations, and executive communications
- Partner cross-functionally to align stakeholders, track progress, and remove execution roadblocks
- Contribute to strategic discussions by generating insights, research, and recommendations to inform decision making
- Utilize project management methodologies to manage competing priorities and ongoing change
- Provide leadership and mentorship to more junior team members, promoting operational excellence
In this position, you may have access to client or customer systems, confidential and/or proprietary information or data. This position is onsite and requires you to work closely with other individuals in a collaborative team environment.
