This role will focus on the execution, coordination, and delivery of disaster recovery initiatives across IT and clinical-adjacent systems. The ideal candidate brings hands-on healthcare project management experience, a strong understanding of HIPAA-regulated environments, and the ability to drive outcomes across cross-functional technical teams.
This position is execution-focused, operating within an established enterprise environment, and requires comfort navigating ambiguity while maintaining delivery discipline.

Key Responsibilities
- Lead and coordinate disaster recovery initiatives within a healthcare IT environment, ensuring alignment with organizational recovery objectives.
- Execute DR-related project plans, schedules, and milestones across infrastructure, application, and operational teams.
- Partner with IT, security, clinical stakeholders, and vendors to coordinate recovery planning, testing, and remediation efforts.
- Facilitate disaster recovery exercises, tabletop sessions, and after-action reviews, documenting outcomes and improvement areas.
- Track risks, dependencies, and issues related to DR readiness and execution, escalating as appropriate.
- Ensure documentation, reporting, and project artifacts meet enterprise and healthcare compliance expectations.
- Operate within hybrid project methodologies, balancing structured planning with adaptive execution.
- Support leadership visibility through clear status reporting and concise communication.
- Required Experience
- Project Management experience in healthcare or regulated enterprise IT environments.
- Demonstrated exposure to disaster recovery, business continuity, or resilience-focused initiatives.
- Working knowledge of HIPAA and healthcare compliance considerations.
- Experience supporting or coordinating projects involving Epic or Epic-adjacent systems preferred.
- Comfort operating in execution-focused roles with limited upfront definition.
