Location: Elk Grove Village, IL
RFSquare is seeking a hands-on Logistics Manager to manage material purchasing, inventory, and job-site deliveries for our in-building wireless projects. This role supports our Distributed Antenna Systems (DAS) and Public Safety (ERCES) installations across the region.
This is a working logistics role that includes warehouse organization, material handling, and occasional job-site deliveries.
What You’ll Do
- Purchase materials for active projects
- Manage inventory and warehouse organization
- Receive, stage, and distribute project materials
- Coordinate deliveries to field teams
- Load and unload materials (up to 100 lbs)
- Occasionally deliver materials to job sites within 150 miles
- Work closely with Project Managers and field crews
What We’re Looking For
- Experience in logistics, warehouse, or material management
- Familiarity with structured cabling, coax, fiber, or telecom materials
- Valid driver’s license and clean driving record
- Strong organizational and inventory tracking skills
- Basic computer skills (Excel, inventory or purchasing systems)
- Ability to lift up to 100 lbs
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Experience with DAS and ERCES equipment and major distributors is a plus
