We are seeking a detail-oriented Project Coordinator to support a multimillion-dollar midstream supply chain project. This role is ideal for candidates with up to 5 years of experience who are highly organized, eager to learn, and comfortable working within structured processes.
You will act as a global supply chain coordinator, partnering closely with a Project Manager to manage procurement activities from start to finish.
Job Title: Supply Chain Coordinator
Location: Texas (Hybrid/Remote)
Duration: 12-24 Months (Possible Extension/Conversion)
Responsibilities
- Support procurement execution using approved Bills of Materials (BOMs)
Manage the full lifecycle of materials:
- Purchase Requests → Purchase Orders → Vendor confirmations → Delivery
- Goods Receipts → Invoicing → Closeout
- Track and update large volumes of data daily across multiple systems
- Monitor hundreds of BOMs, quotes, and purchase orders simultaneously
- Identify and resolve delivery issues or friction points proactively
- Communicate regularly with vendors and internal stakeholders
- Follow established processes and procedures with a high level of accuracy
- Progress toward operating independently with minimal guidance
Qualifications
- Exposure to supply chain, procurement, logistics, or operations environments
- Experience working with Bills of Materials (BOMs), purchase orders, or invoicing
- Familiarity with ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, or similar)
- Strong Excel or spreadsheet skills for tracking and reporting
- Experience coordinating with vendors or third-party suppliers
- Background supporting projects in energy, utilities, or industrial sectors

Ideal Background
