Job Summary:
This role is central to overseeing project completion, managing timelines, and ensuring all project aspects meet the company's standards. The successful candidate will be responsible for setting deadlines, delegating tasks, and providing comprehensive updates to upper management. With a reliance on their extensive experience, the right individual will lead their team to achieve project goals efficiently and creatively.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage multiple ongoing tasks and projects related to business rebranding and product work
Coordinate with internal teams and external suppliers to collect information (inventory, documents, validations, etc.)
Track progress, create trackers, and make sure deadlines are met
Follow up with stakeholders and keep everyone aligned
Support and scale the full-time team by taking ownership of operational project work

Must-Have Skills:

Project management experience (4-5+ years)
Experience using PM tools (Asana or similar)
Strong Excel / MS Office skills
Stakeholder management & meeting follow-ups
Ability to create trackers and manage timelines
Bachelor’s degree preferred (HSD/GED minimum)
