What You'll Do & Learn:
As a Recruiter, you'll be instrumental in supporting our high-volume recruiting efforts, gaining exposure to the full recruitment lifecycle. Your days will be busy, rewarding, and consistent:
- Candidate Sourcing & Engagement: Learn to identify, attract, and engage with top talent through various channels.
- Resume Screening & Evaluation: Develop a keen eye for talent by reviewing applications and pre-screening candidates.
- Interview Coordination: Master the art of scheduling and coordinating interviews, ensuring a seamless candidate and hiring manager experience.
- ATS Management: Utilize your Bullhorn ATS experience to manage candidate pipelines, update records, and generate reports, becoming a power-user of the system.
- Candidate Experience: Be a primary point of contact for applicants, ensuring a positive and professional experience.
- Support & Strategy: Assist our senior recruiters with administrative tasks, project work, and contribute to improving our recruiting processes.
- Impactful Work: Directly contribute to building teams that provide essential support and relief during natural disasters.
What We're Looking For:

- Bullhorn ATS Experience: Prior exposure or experience with Bullhorn ATS is highly valued and will allow you to hit the ground running.
- Strong Organizational Skills: Ability to manage multiple tasks, prioritize effectively, and maintain meticulous records.
- Excellent Communication: Clear, concise, and professional verbal and written communication skills.
- Tech-Savvy: Comfortable with various digital tools and quick to adapt to new technologies.
- Team Player: Collaborative mindset with a willingness to support colleagues.

- Schedule: Monday through Friday, 9:00 AM - 5:00 PM
- Location: Strongsville, OH
