A growing consumer goods manufacturer is seeking a Director of Distribution & Logistics north of Altanta, GA. This individual will lead nationwide warehouse, fulfillment, and logistics operations across internal facilities and 3PL partners, driving safety, efficiency, and service performance.
Responsibilities:
- Lead and standardize multi-site warehouse and 3PL operations
- Develop warehouse leaders and drive performance through KPIs and SOPs
- Own transportation strategy, vendor management, and cost optimization
Candidates Must Have:
- Bachelor's degree
- 10+ years in distribution and logistics leadership roles
- Experience leading multi-location warehouse teams and 3PLs
- Strong knowledge of transportation, WMS/TMS, and process improvement
