This role is ideal for a client-facing Senior Project Manager with 5–8 years’ experience who thrives in a fast-paced agency environment and is passionate about delivering exceptional B2B marketing work. You’ll play a key role on a large, complex client account, acting as the central hub that keeps teams aligned and delivery running smoothly.
You’ll be confident partnering with creative teams, managing multiple workstreams and complex deliverables, and ensuring strong connectivity across disciplines including Account, Strategy, Creative, Production and Operations - ensuring projects stay on track, on time, and to a high standard.
Key Responsibilities
Project Leadership & Delivery
- Lead the end-to-end delivery of multiple B2B marketing programmes on a large, complex client account, from brief through to launch and wrap
- Own project plans, timelines, budgets and resourcing across multiple concurrent workstreams
- Partner closely with Account, Strategy, Creative and Production teams to drive delivery and keep work moving
- Anticipate risks and dependencies early, resolving issues proactively to protect quality and deadlines
Stakeholder & Client Management
- Prepare and present project status updates to internal teams
- Manage scope changes and ensure proper approval processes are followed
- Translate client feedback into actionable briefs for creative and strategy teams
Process, Governance & Quality
- Maintain strong project governance and best-practice ways of working across a multi-disciplinary account team
- Ensure work is delivered to a consistently high standard and aligned to agreed briefs, brand guidelines and quality checks
- Maintain accurate project documentation, including timelines, status reports, RAID logs, and post-project learnings
- Identify opportunities to improve delivery processes, ways of working, and team efficiency
Budget, Resource & Supplier Management
- Track project budgets and manage spend against estimates, flagging risks early
- Coordinate billing, purchase orders and vendor onboarding in partnership with Finance and Ops
- Support resource planning across multiple projects, ensuring the right people are assigned at the right time
- Manage external partners and freelancers as needed to support delivery
Required Qualifications
Experience & Education
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field (or equivalent experience)
- Project Management Professional (PMP) certification or similar
- 5+ years’ experience in project management, ideally within a marketing/creative agency environment
- Strong experience delivering B2B marketing programmes and understanding full-funnel campaign delivery
- Proven track record managing multiple projects and stakeholders simultaneously, ideally across a large, complex client account
- Confident working at pace, balancing priorities and delivering high-quality work to deadline
Technical Skills
- Strong proficiency in project management tools (e.g., Podio, Asana, Monday.com, Basecamp or similar)
- Excellent working knowledge of Microsoft Office / Google Workspace (especially Excel and PowerPoint)
- Solid understanding of creative and production workflows, including briefing, review cycles and approvals
- Good knowledge of delivering across channels including digital, content, video, print and events.

Preferred Qualifications
- Experience working with marketing automation platforms (e.g., HubSpot, Marketo, Eloqua, 6sense)
- Familiarity with digital production processes and creative tools / file types (helpful but not essential)
- Experience in B2B technology, enterprise, or professional services environments

Success Metrics
