Job Description:
- Experienced D365 F&O Supply Chain Management consultant required for L2/L3 production support of manufacturing and distribution clients.
- Focus on resolving complex tickets across SCM modules, including production control, inventory management, procurement, and master planning.
Key Responsibilities:
- Production control: Production orders, BOMs/routes, scheduling, RAF.
- Inventory management: Storage dimensions, cycle counting, warehouse ops.
- Product information management: Released products, variants, item lifecycle.
- Sales and marketing: Order holds, pricing, delivery management.
- Procurement and sourcing: POs, RFQs, vendor collaboration.
- Master planning: MRP, Planning Optimization, coverage planning - Replicate P1 issues, coordinate hotfixes with Microsoft.
Required Skills & Experience:
- 6+ years D365 F&O SCM support (Tier 2/3) with manufacturing client exposure.
- Deep functional knowledge across ALL SCM modules.
- Production control, Inventory management, Product Information Management, Sales/marketing, Procurement/sourcing, Master planning.
