Note: The person doesn't need to know "graphic design", it's more a project management role for coordination and collaborating between marketing and creative.
Job Description:
- Work closely with business partners to develop creative programs that best meet the needs. Manage day-to-day content/copy, developing and executing new strategic initiatives and product features, coordinating all creative deliverables and site/package approvals
- Understand Brand Requirements, specific business processes, data needs, folder structure, reporting requirements, and desired functionalities within OPERA.
- Assets Upload: Manage the asset upload and tagging process, renaming of files for all assets per campaign, including launch books, institutional, digital, social and medical assets
- Quality Control: QCs all assets uploaded by third-party partner ICP to ensure they follow Opera specs, file-naming conventions, and are tagged with correct Fadel agreements (i.e., IP rights agreements)
- Create a detailed project plan that outlines all phases from brief approval to final asset delivery, including key milestones, dependencies, and deadlines (e.g., concept presentation, review rounds, production, final delivery).
- Resource Management: Ensure appropriate resources are allocated internally (marketing reviewers, legal) and within the agency/creative partners to meet project demand
- Ensure assets are properly named, organized, and delivered to the correct internal teams or platforms (e.g., digital asset management system, media partners, social media teams)
Qualifications:
- 5+ years of experience in building CRM plans and executing from start to finish, with clear results. Experience with ESP (Exact Target)
- Strong project management skills
- Demonstrates strong creative vision and customer-centric focus to communications
- Willingness to learn new technologies and platforms
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to provide optimization recommendations working with structured and unstructured data
- Experience with Google Analytics
