Manage day-to-day processes, standards, and compliance for LinkedIn data center hardware assets.
Receive hardware deliveries, update the asset database, and ensure proof of delivery.
Monitor in-transit orders, flag anomalies, and escalate discrepancies for resolution.
Track and update asset locations in the database with high accuracy and integrity.
Oversee warehouse/stockroom management, security, and adherence to policies.
Lead physical hardware audits and ensure governance in asset tracking operations.
Support distribution of assets across data centers, ensuring accurate tracking.
Manage spares inventory and parts locker program to support operational needs.
Process returns (RMA), update asset statuses, and track replacements accurately.
Coordinate EOL asset recovery/disposal with ITAD vendors, ensuring compliance.
Investigate and escalate discrepancies in asset records, including EOL assets.
Review and resolve asset-related tickets (requests, disposals, RMAs, anomalies).

Compensation and Benefits
A candidate’s pay within the range will depend on their work location, skills, experience, education, and other factors permitted by law. This role may also be eligible for performance-based bonuses subject to company policies.
