Job Title: Junior Process Engineer – Pharmaceutical Manufacturing

Job Summary
The Junior Process Engineer supports pharmaceutical manufacturing operations by assisting with process optimization, troubleshooting, and validation activities in a GMP-regulated environment. This role works closely with Manufacturing, Quality, Validation, and Engineering teams to ensure efficient, compliant, and reliable production processes.
Key Responsibilities
- Support pharmaceutical manufacturing processes to ensure compliance with cGMP, FDA, and internal quality standards
- Assist in process monitoring, troubleshooting, and continuous improvement initiatives
- Participate in process validation activities (IQ/OQ/PQ, PPQ)
- Support deviation investigations, CAPAs, and root cause analysis
- Assist in preparation and review of batch records, SOPs, and technical documentation
- Support change control implementation and impact assessments
- Collaborate with Manufacturing and Quality teams during technology transfers
- Assist with equipment qualification and process characterization
- Collect, analyze, and trend process data to improve yield, efficiency, and quality
- Support audits and inspections as needed
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Chemical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Biomedical Engineering, Pharmaceutical Sciences, or related field
- 1–4 years experience in pharmaceutical, biotech, or regulated manufacturing environment
- Basic knowledge of GMP / cGMP regulations
- Familiarity with batch manufacturing processes
- Strong documentation and organizational skills.
