Core Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree
- Minimum of 15 years of experience in logistics or supply chain management
- 5-7 years of experience in a Senior Leadership role.
- Strong financial acumen, P&L management experience.
Preferred Requirements:
- MBA degree
- Lean Six Sigma certification
The Director of Operations will have full P&L responsibility for the operation. Optimize end-to-end supply chain processes with a focus on safety, continuous improvement, and delivering results on behalf of the organization.
