Key Responsibilities
- Provide daily operational leadership to support organizational objectives and long-term strategic goals.
- Act as a hands-on execution partner to senior leadership, driving initiatives from concept through completion.
- Reinforce and uphold company policies, performance standards, and culture across the studio.
- Develop, implement, and refine data-driven operational systems, processes, and strategies to improve efficiency and enable scalable growth.
- Manage core operational platforms, including resource planning, project management, accounting, and billing systems.
- Monitor and balance team workloads to ensure optimal utilization, productivity, and timely project delivery.
- Identify and implement process improvements that support sustainable growth.
Skills & Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or related field (MBA preferred but not required).
- 6+ years of hands-on operations and project management experience.
- Prior experience in architecture, design, or related professional services industry preferred.
- Strong communication, organizational, and leadership skills.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, growing firm environment.
Compensation and Benefits
- Annual base salary: $175,000–$250,000, based on experience.
- Performance bonus up to 10%, plus potential discretionary bonuses.
