We are looking for a Project Coordinator to help support our team by keeping projects organized and on track. This role focuses on using Jira, maintaining project documentation, helping run meetings, and providing regular project updates. You will work closely with team members to capture requirements, track work, and support planning activities, including 2026 roadmap and project planning.
This is a great opportunity for someone early in their project coordination career who is comfortable working with technical teams and wants to grow their skills.
Preference for local candidates who can work 2-3 days per week onsite.
What You’ll Do
- Use Jira Delivery and Jira Product Discovery to track project work
- Help gather and document engineering requirements and enter them into Jira
- Keep project documentation organized and up to date
- Assist with scheduling and facilitating project meetings
- Track project progress and help prepare status reports
- Support the creation and maintenance of project plans and roadmaps
- Communicate updates and follow-ups with team members and stakeholders
- Help ensure projects stay aligned with timelines and priorities
What You’ll Bring
- Experience in a Project Coordinator, Project Assistant, or similar role
- Hands-on experience using Jira
- Strong organization and attention to detail
- Clear written and verbal communication skills
- Comfortable working with engineering or technical teams
- Experience with Jira Product Discovery preferred

Slalom is committed to fair and equitable compensation practices. For this role, we are hiring at the following levels and targeted base pay salary ranges: The targeted hourly pay range is $38/hr to $48/hr. Actual compensation will depend upon an individual’s skills, experience, qualifications, location, and other relevant factors. The hourly pay range is subject to change and may be modified at any time.
