Industrial Carpenter, full time with benefits. Must have a valid license and transportation. Looking for the following qualifications:
- Read a tape measure and level
- Set up a laser and use it
- Read blueprints and understand layout procedure
- Use a framing square
- Have the right hand tools and nail bags
- Know how to square up a right angle and have knowledge of geometry
- Work with metal or wood
- Experienced in concrete formwork
- Work with proper scaffold erection
- Plan ahead to use time effectively and avoid down time
- Install wooden, metal, FRP, stainless steel, roll-up, sliding,and freezer doors
- Install drop ceilings, drywall, and vinyl cove base
- Use several types of fork lifts, both inside buildings and off-road
- Use scissor lift and boom lift
- Cannot be afraid of heights
- weekend work required
