Project Manager- Packaging Technician (REMOTE)

Position Summary:
- Coordinate and support multiple projects focused on the transition and management of packaging materials and related documentation.
- Assist in driving project milestones, facilitating stakeholder alignment, and ensuring compliance with applicable industry standards and internal procedures.
- Contribute to implementation, capacity planning, and cross-functional collaboration to support organizational goals.
Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinate and manage project phases, timelines, and deliverables for packaging-related initiatives.
- Facilitate stakeholder alignment across functions such as engineering, laboratory, procurement, quality, regulatory, and IT.
- Assist in developing procedures, templates, and work instructions to support documentation and process.
- Track progress, report status, and escalate issues for decision-making.
- Maintain resource allocation reports and dashboards.
- Ensure adherence to relevant industry standards and internal quality requirements.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
Technical Skills:
- 3-5 years of experience leading or supporting packaging projects in a regulated industry (medical device, life sciences, pharmaceuticals, or similar).
- Proficiency with enterprise systems (e.g., PLM, ERP), Microsoft 365 applications, and basic project management tools.
Soft Skills::
- Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple priorities.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement.
- Analytical approach with attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and support cross-functional teams to achieve project goals.
