Job Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Foreman to oversee our construction projects, ensuring they are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in concrete construction and be well-versed in managing construction sites. This role requires excellent leadership skills, attention to detail, and a thorough understanding of OSHA regulations.

Duties

Manage daily operations on the construction site with input from your leadership team, read and follow plans, ensuring compliance with safety regulations and quality standards.
Conduct regular inspections of work sites to ensure adherence to schematics and project specifications.
Implement quality control measures to maintain high standards throughout the construction process.
Provide training and guidance to site personnel on safety practices and operational procedures.
Prepare daily reports on project status, including any issues or delays that may arise.

Experience

Proven experience as a Concrete Foreman/Lead or in a similar role within the concrete construction industry.
Strong knowledge of concrete construction processes and techniques.
Familiarity with OSHA regulations and safety standards applicable to construction sites.
Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
Strong communication skills for effective collaboration with team members
