Job Description
The Vice President of IT will lead the organization’s technology strategy, ensuring robust data integrity and seamless system operations. This role will oversee the implementation and optimization of Microsoft Dynamics 365 (D365), manage SaaS solutions, and negotiate specifications for new products and systems. The VP of IT will refresh and modernize existing systems, supervise the IT help desk, and provide leadership to the technology team to drive efficiency, innovation, and security across all platforms.

Duties & Responsibilities
- Develop and execute IT strategy aligned with organizational goals
- Define the separation and setup of an independent US IT organization to support the growth of the US business
- Create an org design to support the growth and execution of the company strategy
- Establish and maintain IT policies, standards, and compliance requirements
- Ensure data integrity and security across all systems and platforms
- Lead implementation and optimization of Microsoft Dynamics 365 Power Applications to include Supply Chain and Finance programs as well as other enterprise systems
- Refresh and modernize existing IT systems to improve performance and scalability
- Monitor emerging technologies and recommend solutions to enhance business operations.
- Oversee SaaS solutions and manage vendor relationships, including negotiating product specifications and contracts
- Manage and mentor IT team members, fostering a culture of collaboration and innovation
- Provide oversight of the IT help desk and ensure high-quality support services
- Revamp and define the existing infrastructure, ensuring 24/7 support and delivery

Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field (Master’s preferred)
- 10+ years of progressive IT leadership experience, including ERP and SaaS implementation
- Expertise in Microsoft Dynamics 365, enterprise system integration, databases & BI (MSSQL, Power BI)
- Strong understanding of data governance, cybersecurity, Azure Cloud environment and compliance frameworks
- Demonstrated success in vendor negotiation and contract management
- Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills
- Strong grasp of Hana Group standards, mission and core values
All corporate positions are required to work onsite at the office on Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday each week.
