Who We’re Looking For:
We’re looking for a highly organized, detail-oriented Junior Project Coordinator to support our creative and account teams. This is an entry-level role ideal for someone who thrives in fast-paced environments, loves collaboration, and is eager to grow their career in creative project management.
You’ll help keep projects on track, timelines organized, and communication flowing. Making sure great ideas turn into great work.
Locations:
This role is ideally near our Summit House office hub in Atlanta. We operate using a hybrid work model, in-person once a week and otherwise working remotely.
What You’ll Do:
- Assist project leads in coordinating creative projects from kickoff through final delivery and project wrap
- Track timelines, deliverables, and milestones across multiple projects
- Support internal communication between creative, strategy, production, and account teams
- Help prepare project briefs, schedules, status updates, and meeting notes
- Manage assets, approvals, and documentation across internal tools and platforms
- Flag potential risks, delays, or resourcing issues early
- Help ensure projects stay aligned with scope, deadlines, and quality standards
What You Bring:
- 0–2 years of experience in project coordination, production, agency, or a related field
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines in a fast-paced environment
- Clear, professional written and verbal communication skills
- Comfort working with creative teams and client-facing projects
- Proficiency with tools like Google Workspace, Slack, and project management software (Asana, Monday, Trello, or similar)
- Passion for sports, golf, or creative culture is a plus, but not required
