This position is on-site at our Hillsborough, NJ (105 Raider Boulevard) office
Requirements:
- NJ P.E. Preferred
- E.I.T. Required
- 5 - 10+ years of relevant experience
- Must have proficiency in AutoCAD Civil 3D, HydroCAD, or other stormwater design software
- Experience in land development and site design preferred
- Stormwater Management, Grading, Erosion & Sediment Control, and Utility Design
- Navigate regulatory agency permitting (ie. NJDEP) and subdivision and site plan approvals
- Strong work ethic and time management skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- High attention to detail
- Ability to work independently and in a team environment
- Ability to manage and design multiple concurrent projects
Position Description:
- Oversee and design a wide variety of projects, from small to large, in the multi-use, residential, commercial, educational, etc., categories.
- Manage and develop site design (from conception through final approval), stormwater management design, grading, erosion and sedimentation control, site investigation, and research of state and local regulations and design standards.
- Prepare or assist with concept plans, site plans, and subdivision plans and reports. Must have fundamental knowledge of stormwater management design.
- Regular coordination/communication with contractors, clients, sub-consultants, and other team members.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $90,000.00 - $130,000.00 per year
