Salary Range: $116,100 to $125,300
Education/Experience
- Education:
- Bachelor’s degree
- Advanced degree preferred
- Experience:
- Minimum of five (5) years of progressively responsible experience in information technology, including systems administration, network/infrastructure management, data systems oversight, or related roles — preferably within a multi-site or K–12 environment.
- Technical Competencies:
- Demonstrated knowledge of enterprise operating systems (Windows, Linux, macOS, iOS, ChromeOS), servers, networking, wireless systems, telephony, and remote access technologies.
- Working knowledge of cybersecurity best practices, data privacy, compliance (e.g., FERPA), and disaster recovery/business continuity planning.
- Working knowledge and implementation of Technology Operations Best Practices
- Leadership & Management Skills:
- Strong leadership, supervisory, project management, and organizational skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including the ability to communicate technical concepts to non-technical audiences and build consensus among diverse stakeholders.
- Additional Skills:
- Experience with budgeting and procurement.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to plan, prioritize, and execute multiple complex initiatives.
