As our Lead Carpenter , you’ll be in charge of leading projects from start to finish, ensuring everything runs smoothly on-site. You’ll have the chance to work on exciting, diverse remodeling projects and directly influence their success. In this key leadership role, you’ll be responsible for managing a team of skilled professionals and collaborating with clients to deliver superior results on time and within budget. Key Responsibilities:

Required Qualifications:

Minimum of 5 years of remodeling or construction experience
Proven leadership, problem-solving, and team management skills
In-depth knowledge of construction processes, materials, and building codes
Ability to interpret blueprints and project plans
Strong communication and organizational skills
OSHA certification is a plus (but not required)
