Experienced Commercial Exterior Cladding Foreman (New England)

Great opportunity to grow with us in a fast-paced professional exterior finishes from Hardi install, ACM, Terra Cotta, Cera Clad, Single Skin panels, Swiss Pearl Cembrit, you name it we will do it! Very Detail oriented, must follow construction documents and be well organized. The right candidate will be issued a company vehicle and all tools needed to be successful. This candidate should have knowledge of email and use of construction drawing programs.

This individual will be tasked with ensuring safety protocols are being followed by all, without exception and effectively communicate with their team and other trades while representing the company.

Job Description/Duties:

· Experience in commercial construction and leading a must, with knowledge of exterior facades.

· Manage daily labor and productivity while giving clear objectives and timelines

· Accurately enters, or reviews, hours worked in payroll application

· Coordinate with the general contractor and other trades to achieve goals

· Adhere and enforce safety policy and immediately correct any non-compliance

· Positively represent the company in all your daily communications

· Effectively listen to employee concerns and guide them towards resolutions

· Immediately report all work-related injuries and complete required report

· Complete daily paperwork in an accurate and timely manner

· Ability to safely operate a company vehicle during work hours

· Inventory and track all products delivered to job site and always be aware of all materials on site.

· Monitor and track all material on backorder.

· Responsible for marking out/layout of all systems and products as indicated in the contract documents and as indicated on coordination drawings provided by the office.

· Responsible for all on-site project documentation (Change orders, Time Sheets, Daily Logs, Weekly Safety, Test Reports, Pictures, Etc.)

· Able to manage jobs with up to 10 employees

· Be able to lead and manage the job with dedicated to moderate support from project management team

· Make repairs on all types of exterior siding using compatible / appropriate products.

· Knowledge of manufacturer’s specifications.

· Experience in lift operations and OSHA guidelines

Skills & Competencies:

· High school diploma or equivalent

· OSHA 30 required

· Trade experience with 4+ years preferred

· Comprehensive understanding of related trade codes

· Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills
