Position Overview
Reporting to the Receiving and Reverse Logistics Manager, the Reverse Logistics Lead is responsible for providing strategic operational leadership with outstanding service in a high-volume environment. They will manage and coordinate with their leadership team the execution of proper procedures for all inventory coming into the Distribution Center.
Key Accountabilities
Leadership:
Manages all aspects of employee performance, including establishment of objectives, performance reviews, professional development, and progressive disciplinary process as needed
Maintains the correct personnel structure and staffing level to accomplish most efficiently receiving and returns goals; responsible for hiring, developing, evaluating, and coaching team members
Process Management:
Establish standards for inbound product from Wholesale, Retail, and Customer Care partners, providing feedback as needed to continue to establish efficient processes
