Qualifications

Proven experience as an HVAC Superintendent or Supervisor in ground-up construction
Background in multifamily or large-scale residential/commercial HVAC projects
Strong ability to read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and installation manuals
Hands-on HVAC installation expertise, including sheet metal, duct board, and flex systems
Proficient in project coordination and managing field crews and subcontractors
Strong communication and organizational skills; bilingual (English/Spanish) a plus
Familiarity with construction software such as ProCore, Bluebeam, or eSUB
Knowledge of duct layout, airflow impact, HVAC startup procedures, and troubleshooting
Valid driver’s license required

Key Responsibilities

Supervise HVAC installation and system maintenance for new multifamily projects
Ensure work is completed safely, on schedule, and to quality standards
Utilize project management software (ProCore, Bluebeam) to track progress and coordinate subcontractors
Interpret construction plans and manage change orders as needed
Collaborate with general contractors and internal stakeholders to meet project milestones
Monitor costs, implement quality control measures, and drive crew productivity
Ensure adherence to OSHA standards and company safety protocols
Conduct on-site visits to manage daily project execution and resolve field issues
