World Wide Professional Solutions is seeking experienced Semiconductor Construction Project Managers to support a large-scale advanced manufacturing and semiconductor construction project in West Lafayette, Indiana.
This role will lead planning, coordination, and execution across multiple disciplines including Civil, Structural, Architectural (CSA), Wet Mechanical, Ultra-Pure Water (UPW), Wastewater Treatment, Process Utilities, Chemical Systems, and Cleanroom environments.
Project Managers will be responsible for delivering complex systems and facility scopes safely, on schedule, within budget, and in alignment with high-tech manufacturing standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage scope, schedule, budget, and forecasting across assigned discipline or system scope
- Lead coordination between engineering, design teams, contractors, and client stakeholders
- Drive constructability reviews, RFIs, submittals, and change management processes
- Ensure compliance with project specifications, SEMI standards, and applicable codes
- Monitor progress against milestones and proactively mitigate schedule risks
- Support procurement, vendor coordination, and equipment delivery
- Oversee installation, testing, commissioning, and system turnover activities
- Ensure QA/QC execution including inspection plans, material traceability, and documentation
- Interface with cleanroom operations, tool install teams, and facility stakeholders
- Provide clear communication of risks, status, and recovery plans
- Support integration across multiple systems including:
- UPW, wastewater, and process cooling water systems
- Chemical delivery and high-purity piping systems
- Wet mechanical and HVAC systems including chillers, scrubbers, and hydronics
- CSA and base build infrastructure
- Cleanroom construction, commissioning, and certification
Required Qualifications
- 5 to 12+ years of experience in construction project management within semiconductor, pharmaceutical, or advanced manufacturing environments
- Experience managing one or more of the following: CSA, mechanical, process utilities, chemical systems, or cleanroom construction
- Strong understanding of high-purity systems, piping, and cleanroom standards
- Experience with project controls tools such as Primavera P6, MS Project, or similar
- Proven ability to manage complex, multi-disciplinary scopes
- Experience coordinating commissioning, validation, and system turnover
- Strong communication skills across technical and non-technical stakeholders
Preferred Qualifications
- Semiconductor fab project experience
- Knowledge of SEMI, NFPA, and applicable industrial standards
- Experience with BIM coordination and modular construction
- OSHA 30 certification

Pay: $125,000.00 - $175,000.00 per year
