About the Role (W2 Contract):
We are seeking a highly motivated Sr. Analyst, Project Management to join our team. In this role, you will lead projects across the full product lifecycle—from development and clinical evaluation to operational readiness and commercialization—of Hemodynamic Monitoring products and related accessories. You will manage project planning, execution, documentation, and stakeholder communication to ensure the successful, on-time delivery of innovative medical devices that meet our best-in-class quality standards.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage one or more medium to large-scale projects within a program, ensuring adherence to quality systems and design control processes.
- Facilitate business case creation and approval, coordinating resource sharing and prioritization across projects.
- Develop detailed project plans and manage scope, risks, staffing, and timelines.
- Lead core team meetings, driving effective decision-making and best-in-class project execution.
- Mentor peers and serve as a subject matter expert in program management.
- Build trust and rapport across teams, promoting accountability and high performance.
- Solve complex problems and guide teams toward effective solutions.
- Influence peers, staff, and leadership to achieve organizational goals.
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree (Engineering or related field preferred: Mechanical, Biomedical, Systems, Electrical).
- PMP Certification is a plus.
- 2–5+ years of hands-on experience managing New Product Development or complex projects.
- Strong understanding of medical device development, regulations, and product lifecycle processes.
- Proven ability to lead projects in complex organizations with strong influence management skills.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite and project management systems.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills; ability to work effectively in a matrix environment.
