We’re hiring an IT Specialist – a dedicated and solutions-oriented professional who provides enterprise technology support across Silverado’s communities and Home Office locations nationwide.

What You’ll Be Doing:
Deliver technical support to end-users across U.S. communities and Home Office, both onsite and remotely

- Deliver technical support to end-users across U.S. communities and Home Office, both onsite and remotely
- Monitor, prioritize, and resolve service requests in partnership with the Help Desk team
- Diagnose and troubleshoot hardware, software, and network-related issues
- Support installation, configuration, and maintenance of business applications and enterprise systems
- Utilize Active Directory to manage users, devices, permissions, and security
- Support mobile device troubleshooting, including MDM tools and MFA access issues
- Install, configure, and coordinate repairs for computers, peripherals, printers, and VoIP devices
- Maintain Up-to-date knowledge of operating systems, applications, and technology standards
- Develop and maintain knowledge base documentation and troubleshooting guides
- Partner with server, network, and infrastructure teams to support root-cause analysis and prevent recurring issues
- Provide weekend, after-hours, and on-call support as needed
Qualifications:
- Experience administering Office 365 (Exchange, Teams, OneDrive, SharePoint)
- Hands-on experience troubleshooting PC hardware, peripherals, printers, and networked devices (wired and wireless)
- Experience with MDM solutions and troubleshooting mobile OS issues
- Experience supporting MFA and user access authentication
- Experience with ITSM platforms; ServiceNow preferred
- Proficiency using remote access and remote support tools
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology or related field preferred
- Strong organizational skills, detail orientation, and ability to manage multiple priorities
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to communicate professionally and collaborate across all departments and levels of the organization
- Demonstrated commitment to professionalism, strong work ethic, and continuous development
