We are seeking an Executive-in-Residence to step into an operational leadership role with a clear trajectory toward equity ownership and long-term value creation. What You’ll Lead
- Oversee and strengthen daily logistics operations across transportation, dispatch, and warehousing.
- Manage and optimize Transportation Management Systems (TMS) and Warehouse Management Systems (WMS), ensuring seamless integration and high service reliability.
- Direct dispatch operations, carrier management, and customer service workflows.
- Improve warehouse throughput, accuracy, and operational efficiency.
- Drive financial performance, budget oversight, and margin expansion.
- Execute post-acquisition integration, operational stabilization, and performance acceleration.
- Build, lead, and mentor teams to support growth and long-term scalability.
- Work with acquisition leadership on strategic direction, growth initiatives, and value creation.
