Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site Quality Coordinator position located in the Hampton Roads, Virginia Metropolitan Area. The Quality Coordinator will oversee and execute quality control processes, ensure compliance with quality management systems, and support quality auditing activities. The role involves analyzing operations to identify areas for improvement while maintaining open lines of communication with both internal teams and external stakeholders to ensure product and process quality.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Quality Control, Quality Management, and Quality Auditing processes
- Strong Analytical Skills to evaluate operations and identify areas for improvement
- Excellent verbal and written Communication skills for effective collaboration and reporting
- Attention to detail and ability to follow regulatory and industry standards
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Quality Management, or a related field is preferred
- Experience in quality assurance within Steel Structure or industrial environment is a plus
