Job Overview
FloorTech Concrete Coatings L.L.C is seeking a hard-working, experienced, and detail-oriented Project Manager to join our growing team. This position requires strong leadership, organization, and excellent customer communication skills.
Compensation & Benefits:

Requirements (Must Have)
✔ Minimum 4 years of experience in Concrete Coatings (polyurea, polyaspartic, epoxy, grinding, prep, repairs, etc.)
✔ Minimum 4 years Project Management experience
✔ Hard-working attitude with strong customer service skills
✔ Valid driver’s license
Responsibilities
- Report daily to our Fredericksburg, VA office
- Assist with scheduling and managing daily projects
- Interact with clients professionally and ensure 100% customer satisfaction
- Assign employees to projects and oversee workflow
- Provide on-site leadership, problem-solving, and crew support
- Maintain accurate project documentation, job notes, and updates
- Oversee quality control and ensure all installations meet FloorTech standards
Qualifications
- Self-motivated, reliable, and punctual
- Ability to work well within a team
- Strong ability to prioritize and multitask
- Basic computer and writing skills (email, CRM, scheduling apps)
- Excellent attention to detail
- Strong verbal and written communication
- Concrete coatings experience is required
