Position: Assistant Project Manager

Location: New York City

Experience: 2+ years with a GC, CM, or developer (ground-up preferred)

Compensation: $90,000-$120,000 (DOE) + Bonus

Role Overview

The APM will support project teams through all phases of construction, helping deliver mid-sized ground-up residential projects. Ideal for someone seeking long-term growth within a reputable NYC builder.

Key Responsibilities

Support PMs with day-to-day project oversight
Coordinate subcontractors and track schedule/budget progress
Manage RFIs, submittals, meeting minutes, change orders, and project documentation
Conduct site walks and maintain quality/safety standards
Assist with pre-construction, value engineering, and cost tracking

What They’re Looking For

2+ years of GC/CM/developer experience
Strong organizational and communication skills
Comfortable in both field and office environments
Procore or MS Project experience a plus
Team-oriented and motivated to grow
