The Project Coordinator supports project managers by handling administrative and logistical tasks to ensure projects run smoothly, stay on schedule, and within budget. Key responsibilities include managing schedules, coordinating team communication, organizing meetings, preparing status reports, tracking expenses, and maintaining project documentation. This role requires strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills to facilitate efficient project execution.

Scheduling and Logistics: Manage project schedules, coordinate meeting logistics, and ensure team members have the necessary resources.
Communication & Coordination: Serve as a point of contact between project teams, stakeholders, and project managers, facilitating communication and distributing updates.
Documentation: Maintain project records, documents, and files, and ensure all materials are up-to-date and properly stored.
Reporting: Track project progress, monitor budgets and expenditures, and prepare status reports for project managers and stakeholders.
Administrative Support: Assist project managers with various administrative tasks, such as ordering equipment, compiling documents, and supporting project planning.
Risk and Issue Management: Help identify and track project risks and issues, and contribute to developing solutions.
Education and/or Experience: Bachelors degree and/or 5 to 8 years of experience
Security Clearance: Secret
Organizational Skills: The ability to manage multiple tasks, prioritize workloads, and maintain organized records.
Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication to effectively convey information to diverse groups.
Problem-Solving: Proactively identifying challenges and developing solutions to keep projects on track.
Attention to Detail: A meticulous approach to handling documents, data, and project details.
Technical Proficiency: Familiarity with project management software and tools.
CGI is required by law in some jurisdictions to include a reasonable estimate of the compensation range for this role. The determination of this range includes various factors not limited to skill set, level, experience, relevant training, and licensure and certifications. To support the ability to reward for merit-based performance, CGI typically does not hire individuals at or near the top of the range for their role. Compensation decisions are dependent on the facts and circumstances of each case. A reasonable estimate of the current range for this role in the U.S. is $100,000.00 - $200000.00.
