Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site Project Manager role based in the New York City Metropolitan Area. The Project Manager will oversee project timelines, scope deployment, and deliverables while collaborating with creative and business teams to achieve project goals.
Qualifications
- Strong skills in Project Management, including planning, execution, and delivering results on time and within scope.
- Highly deadline driven & extremely detail oriented while working under pressure.
- Experience with Expediting and Expeditor responsibilities to ensure seamless workflow and project progress
- Proficiency with Smartsheets with an understanding of Agency service areas (Marketing, Branding Design, Hotels, etc) operational processes and coordination
- Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, on-site environment
- Bachelor's degree in project management, business, or a related field
- Experience at a comparable Agency or in hospitality across luxury lifestyle or related industries is a plus
