We are seeking a Demolition Safety Manager to oversee and drive our company-wide safety program, ensuring that our teams meet and exceed regulatory standards while maintaining a culture of safety across all operations.
Responsibilities:
· Develop, implement, and oversee company-wide safety policies, procedures, and training programs.
· Lead strategic safety planning for all demolition projects, including risk assessments and hazard mitigation.
· Conduct audits, inspections, and incident investigations, and provide actionable recommendations.
· Ensure compliance with OSHA, EPA, and other federal, state, and local safety regulations.
· Collaborate with executive leadership, project managers, and field teams to promote a proactive safety culture.
· Report safety performance metrics to senior management and recommend improvements.
· Represent the company in safety-related meetings with clients, regulatory agencies, and industry organizations.
Requirements:
· 3+ years of experience in safety leadership roles within demolition, construction, or heavy industrial environments.
· OSHA 500 Required.
· Valid driver’s license.
· OSHA Authorized Trainer Certifications preferred.
· Previous experience within the demolition industry is preferred.
· Bilingual (English/Spanish) is preferred.
Salary $75k+ based on experience
