A private equity–backed healthcare organization is seeking a Vice President of Operations to lead a large, multi-state regional division and play a critical role in scaling a specialty care platform across the eastern U.S. This is a high-visibility operational leadership role with meaningful responsibility for growth, integration, performance, and culture.
The incoming VP will oversee a ~$50M operating region and a team of 150+ clinical and administrative employees across multiple practices. The business has a strong foundation, is actively expanding, and expects to enter additional states in the near term. This executive will drive operational discipline while partnering closely with clinical leadership to enhance quality of care, experience, and financial outcomes.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead multi-site clinic operations across a high-growth healthcare region
- Standardize processes, improve workflows, and elevate performance metrics
- Integrate newly acquired practices and ensure smooth transitions post-acquisition
- Partner with physician and clinical leadership to align operations, culture, and care delivery

- Serve as a strategic operator with both vision and day-to-day execution capability

- Experience in fast-paced, investor-backed or rapidly scaling healthcare settings (preferred)
