Our client is seeking a Project Manager to join their Photo Art Direction team. This role requires a powerhouse project leader who can manage complex workflows, optimize processes, and collaborate with stakeholders across creative and product teams.
This role is 100% remote, 40 hrs / week, and for 3 months with the potential to extend.
Role Overview
You'll oversee projects that move images from retouching through cataloging and publishing, streamline content upload requests, and ensure timelines and deliverables are met. This position is ideal for someone with strong project management experience, familiarity with product ownership, and the ability to improve operational efficiency within a creative environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Act as the primary project lead for photo art direction initiatives
- Manage image sourcing and content upload requests; develop streamlined intake and execution processes
- Oversee project timelines and scope, ensuring deliverables stay on track
- Collaborate with creative teams to determine resource needs (e.g., resizing vs. art direction)
- Optimize workflows and implement process improvements
- Manage tasks in Workfront and maintain project visibility
- Utilize DAM systems (Intelligence Bank) for asset management
- Partner with internal stakeholders and external agencies to ensure seamless execution
Qualifications
- Proven experience in project management, ideally in a creative or digital environment
- Exposure to product ownership or working closely with product teams
- Familiarity with photo art direction workflows and image production processes
- Experience with Workfront and DAM platforms (Intelligence Bank preferred)
- Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple priorities
- Agency experience is a plus
