Responsibilities

Management will center around commercial projects within our core markets of K-12 education and healthcare. The Project Manager will work closely with project executives, superintendents, engineers, and regional leadership while being accountable for the following:

Maintain comprehensive, hands-on knowledge of project scope, drawings, and specifications.
Oversee cost control, billings, collections, change management, forecasting, cash flows, and monthly reporting.
Serve as the primary point of contact for owners, architects, and consultants.
Provide leadership and oversight to jobsite teams and self-perform work crews.
Ensure project completion, financial success, and overall customer satisfaction.
Coordinate, develop, and manage detailed project schedules, including procurement and logistics planning.
Drive safety culture, quality control, and adherence to company standards.

Qualifications

We are seeking a flexible, detail-oriented team player with the ability to manage multiple tasks, deliver high-quality work, and consistently meet deadlines. The successful candidate will demonstrate:

Excellent listening, communication, and interpersonal skills.
Ability to identify and resolve complex technical and management issues.
Capacity to build, motivate, and sustain strong team morale.
Solid understanding of commercial building processes, systems, and sequencing.
Thorough knowledge of cost estimating, budgeting, and forecasting.
Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and construction software such as Procore, Bluebeam, CMiC (or similar), and scheduling platforms such as MS Project or Primavera.
5-10 years of commercial construction experience, with direct experience in K-12 or healthcare projects.
Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Architecture, or a related field.
Strong work ethic, problem-solving mindset, and a positive, team-oriented attitude.
