Role Description
The ideal candidate is an experienced and highly organized Warehouse & Operations Manager to oversee daily warehouse functions, inventory management, logistics, and event operations. This role ensures that all rental items are maintained to luxury standards, orders are fulfilled accurately, and deliveries/returns run smoothly. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, proactive, and thrives in a fast-paced events environment.
Qualifications
-3–5+ years of experience in warehouse, logistics, or operations management (event rental industry required).
-Strong leadership and team management skills.
-Excellent organizational and problem-solving abilities.
-Ability to multitask in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
-Proficiency with inventory or rental management software (e.g., Flex, RW Elephant, Goodshuffle).
-Valid driver’s license; ability to operate box trucks or willingness to learn.
-Ability to lift 50+ lbs and work on-site during event setups when necessary.
